Here is a list of possible items to bring that I send to all the groups. Let me know if anyone will need waders or any other special circumstances. 
Things to possibly bring:
Good base layer
Insulation layer
Warm hunting Jacket
Rain jacket
Thick socks
Warm gloves (waterproof or water resistant is good)
Small buddy heaters/propane tanks for heaters
Thermos
Rubber boots or something to slip on when changing waders
12 gauge or 20 gauge, or shotgun of your choice.
#2 or BB size shot or smaller shot in some of your higher grade shells like Boss, Hevishot and Migra (remember- you get what you pay for in shotgun shells. We highly recommend a mid range- higher range shell if possible, you are spending the money to come out and have a great experience, don’t cheat yourself on your shells).
Couple of packs of Hand warmers are good to have

Backpack or back to take stuff to blind 
 
MANDATORY- Licenses needed for anyone 16 and older- (In Arkansas, Guides will also get charged all the infractions and possibly lose their guide license for up to 5 years, so this is non-negotiable) 
CONSERVATION GOOSE SEASEON: NO ARKANSAS LICENSE NEEDED FOR CONSERVATION GOOSE SEASON IF YOU HAVE A VALID HUNTING LICENSE FROM YOU OWN STATE.
